We love Bitcoin!
I love spending my bitcoin. It is easier than pulling out a credit card or debit card and so much more fun! The only thing is it is not always easy finding places that accept Bitcoin.
Recently the news reported that Starbucks would now be accepting Bitcoin. In the article it does say that technically the purchase is through an app that is funded by Bitcoin but since there are 12 Starbucks nearby I decided to walk on over to a nearby Starbucks and ask if they are accepting Bitcoin now. The Barista got a huge smile on his face and said "No. Actually, we aren't taking Bitcoin here yet. But when I get home and tell my brother that someone came in asking if they could use Bitcoin today he will be totally stoked." OK so we made a Barista happy today but my wallet is still funded and waiting to be spent.
